Investissement Québec and Birch Hill Equity Partners Management completed the acquisition of Polycor Inc for $76.4m.

Investissement Québec, a go-to partner for foreign and Québec-based businesses, and Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc, a mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Polycor, a quarrier of natural stone, for $76.4m.
