Alpine Investors-backed Trilon to acquire DRMP and ESI Consultants.

Alpine Investors-backed Trilon, a provider of infrastructure consulting, agreed to acquire DRMP, a multi-discipline civil engineering and surveying firm, and ESI Consultants, an engineering and architectural consulting services.
