GI Alliance, a physician-led gastroenterology practice management organization, completed the acquisition of Gastroenterology Consultants of Houston, a gastroenterology group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Houston is one of the fastest growing markets in the nation and Gastroenterology Consultants is one of the largest private GI practices in the area," Jim Weber, GI Alliance CEO.
