Oracle completed the acquisition of Adi Insights.

Oracle, a provider of database technology and enterprise resource planning, completed the acquisition of Adi Insights, a developer of a dynamic staff scheduling platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will bring overtime management, time capture, demand forecasting and shift scheduling capabilities to SuitePeople, NetSuite’s human resource management solution.
