Odyssey-backed Communications & Power Industries, the largest manufacturer and rebuilder of electron devices in the United States, completed the acquisition of AdamWorks, a design engineering and manufacturing company based in Centennial, Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AdamWorks is extremely excited to join the CPI team.
