Deloitte, a professional services network, agreed to acquire Framework Digital, a SAP consultancy company. Financial terms are not disclosed. "It is quite clear that Danish companies and organisations' need for continued digital transformation is enormous. Our customers' demand for consultancy to support digitization projects is on the rise, and it is not only about digital processes, but about strategic anchoring of the entire business digitally," Martin Søegaard, Deloitte manager.
