Bechtle completed the acquisition of PQR.

Bechtle, an IT service provider, completed the acquisition of PQR, an IT system house. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PQR presents a very good opportunity for us as we continue on our path of strategic internationalisation. We have been active in the Dutch market for over two decades and with a new, highly competitive system house, we are now able to unlock further growth potential.
