Celliб a supplier of machineries and advanced technologies, completed the acquisition of Reyvarsur, a beverage dispensing equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Celli group is a world leader in the field of beverage dispensing systems and accessories, from beer to soft drinks and water. With about 700 employees, the company, based in San Giovanni in Marignano, Rimini, has and operates six manufacturing plants in Italy and the United Kingdom. In addition, it has sales offices in Germany, Singapore, Brazil, the United States and France, and exports its products to more than 100 countries.
