Keensight Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bedford Consulting.

Keensight Capital, a private equity manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Bedford Consulting, an Anaplan partner as well as offers services such as project implementation, software sales and training. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We take pride in what we have accomplished as an independent company over the last 14 years, but we are now ready for the next phase of our development.
