Trilantic completed the acquisition of Kantar Public from Bain Capital-backed Kantar.

Trilantic, a pan-European private equity firm focused on mid-market transactions, completed the acquisition of Kantar Public, a global specialist evidence and advisory business, from Bain Capital-backed Kantar, a data analytics and brand consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We launched Kantar Public in 2016.
