LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a provider of risk assessment and compliance solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Quod, a provider of financial and alternative data management, modeling and analysis solutions, for $80m. “LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Quod have worked together for the past six years and share a common mission to enable financial transparency and inclusion.
