Bow River Capital to acquire a majority stake in ProductPlan.

Bow River Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in ProductPlan, a developer of a roadmap software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have boot-strapped the company from day one, and unanimously supported the highly differentiated thesis work and major investment from Bow River's Software Growth Equity team.
