Tive to acquire Tag Sensors.

Tive, a developer of a sensor-driven tracking platform, agreed to acquire Tag Sensors, a developer of a cold chain management system. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tag Sensors offers a central solution for monitoring goods in transit. Cost-effective sensors provide critical data, alerts and analysis that ensure the integrity of goods and supply chains. The ease of reading and analysing the data via mobile phone, portal own platform or API technology directly in the clients’ system, delivers tremendous added value for all parties involved – especially the end consumer.
