Alterra Mountain and Aspen Skiing to acquire Aspenware.

Alterra Mountain, a firm that owns and operates a range of recreation, hospitality, real-estate development, and Aspen Skiing, a commercial enterprise, agreed to acquire Aspenware, a software development firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alterra Mountain Company, Aspen Skiing Company, and Aspenware share a common vision for the role technology can play in making it easier for our guests to plan, book and manage their mountain experiences.
