BT Group and Warner Bros to form a $780m joint venture.

BT Group, a British multinational telecommunications holding company, and Warner Bros, an American film and entertainment company, agreed to form a $780m joint venture. "We are excited to bring fans a new premium sport offering that brings together everything they love from BT Sport and Eurosport UK.
