Lavoro Agro completed the acquisition of Produtec.

Lavoro Agro, a distributor of agro products, completed the acquisition of Produtec, a distributor of miscellaneous nondurable goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation is innovative for the office because it expands the participation of Lavoro in the agribusiness market and consolidates it as the largest distributor of agricultural inputs in Latin America.
