Insight Partners-backed AMCS completed the acquisition of Quentic.

Insight Partners-backed AMCS, a global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling and resource industries, completed the acquisition of Quentic, a solution provider of Software as a service for EHSQ and ESG management.
