Centre Lane Partners-backed WOWorks, a holding company of better-for-you restaurant brands, agreed to acquire Barberitos Southwestern Grille and Cantina and Zoup! Eatery, fast-casual restaurant brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today, we welcome both Barberitos Southwestern Grille and Cantina and Zoup! Eatery to the WOWorks family.
