Flat River Group to acquire Luma Improts and Synapses Games.

Flat River Group, an e-commerce partner company, agreed to acquire Luma Imports and Synapses Games, board game distributor and publishers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We've worked with Jules and Carl for almost a decade, and we place a great value on their skills and relationships in the industry. This fits in well with our recent acquisition of Greater than Games," Matt Stahlin, Flat River Group President.
