Flink to acquire Cajoo from Carrefour.

Flink, a quick commerce company, agreed to acquire Cajoo, a quick commerce pioneer in France, from Carrefour, an operator of supermarkets, hypermarkets, cash and carries stores, and e-commerce websites. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cajoo has done an amazing job in leading the quick commerce revolution in France and building a loyal customer base.
