Unigrains completed the acquisition of a minority stake in RESTORIA.

Unigrains, an agri-food specialized investor, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in RESTORIA, a collective catering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Such happiness and such pride for Maison RESTORIA to take this new step in its life!
