The Riverside Company-backed Red Nucleus completed the acquisition of Yukon Training.

The Riverside Company-backed Red Nucleus, a provider of learning and performance enhancement services, completed the acquisition of Yukon Training, a provider of online modules, off-the-shelf content and workshops focused on the biopharma and medical device industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very focused on building out our off-the-shelf content and expanding our training offerings. Together with Dennis and Yukon, we are pleased to now offer essential skills training and content, a fabulous addition to our existing learning business," Ian Kelly, Red Nucleus CEO.
