Osprey Capital completed the acquisition of Archer Wire.

Osprey Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Archer Wire, a fabricated wire products and metal-finishing solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the last 78 years, Archer Wire has established a market leading reputation through manufacturing the highest quality wire products for longstanding blue-chip customers.
