HSBC-backed FluidOne completed the acquisition of Marathon Managed Services.

HSBC-backed FluidOne, a provider of secure data, voice and cloud solutions, completed the acquisition of Marathon Managed Services, a channel-only provider of professional, experienced technical services to IT companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HSBC has been working with the FluidOne team since 2019, as they’ve grown the business and executed on their Connected Cloud strategy. We are delighted to be able to extend our relationship to support FluidOne with its ambitious plans for further growth, including the continuation of its buy-and-build M&A activities," Danielle Hook, HSBC Senior Director.
