Envista-backed Nobel Biocare to acquire Osteogenics Biomedical.

Envista-backed Nobel Biocare, a company that manufactures dental implants and CAD/CAM-based individualized prosthetics, agreed to acquire Osteogenics Biomedical, a company in the development of innovative dental bone grafting products serving Periodontists.
