Next Fifteen Communications, a digital marketing company, failed to acquire M&C Saatchi, an international communications network, for $385m. Next Fifteen decided to terminate its offer after the required majority of the British advertising group's shareholders did not vote in favour of the proposal at a court meeting on Monday. On June 9, 2022, Next Fifteen said its $389m offer is final in M&C Saatchi bid battle.
