Altaris Capital-backed Clearwater Compliance completed the acquisition of CynergisTek for $18m.

Altaris Capital-backed Clearwater Compliance, a developer of compliance and cybersecurity risk management software, completed the acquisition of CynergisTek, a firm engaged in the business of providing companies with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance services, for $18m. “CynergisTek is an industry leader in healthcare cybersecurity, privacy and audit, supporting a large enterprise customer base.
