Crown Laboratories to acquire Eclipse Medcorp.

Crown Laboratories, a fully integrated global skincare company, agreed to acquire Eclipse Medcorp, a medical technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic acquisition furthers Crown's mission to drive innovation and provide superior products and customer service to aesthetics providers around the world. Eclipse's excellent products will broaden our product line and customer base, domestically and internationally," Jeff Bedard, Crown President and CEO.
