Butterfly Equity-backed Bolthouse Farms, a vertically integrated farm company, agreed to acquire Evolution Fresh, a producer of primarily organic, cold-pressed, premium juice products, from Starbucks, an American multinational chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves.
