Orascom-backed Libero Acquisition to acquire a 27.5% stake in Italiaonline, a provider of online advertising and communication services, from GoldenTree Asset, an employee-owned, global asset management firm, and Avenue Capital, an American multinational investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
