Prospect Hill Growth Partners completed the acquisition of MOTIS Brands from Rotunda Capital Partners.

Prospect Hill Growth Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of MOTIS Brands, a vertically integrated e-commerce company, from Rotunda Capital Partners, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We enjoyed our partnership with MOTIS and Rich and wish the team continued success.
