IK Partners to acquire a majority stake in MÜPRO Group from Perusa.

IK Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in MÜPRO Group, a solutions provider and supplier for applications in pipe fixing technology, from Perusa, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We strongly believe that partnering with IK will provide us with the resources and tools needed to continue our growth trajectory. We look forward to expanding our international reach and continuing our digitisation journey.
