Wonderbox to acquire Smartbox group from Otium Capital.

Wonderbox, a seller of gift boxes, agreed to acquire Smartbox group, a provider of experience gifts, from Otium Capital, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In order to continue its development and conquer new markets, the Wonderbox group has begun a fundamental reflection on its activities and has decided to take steps to acquire the Smartbox group, with the exception of its British subsidiary, from the family office Otium Capital”, Wonderbox.
