TotalEnergies, an energy company that produces and markets energies on a global scale, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Clearway Energy, a renewable energy, from Global Infrastructure Partners, global investment company, for $1.6bn. “We are extremely pleased to partner with TotalEnergies to continue leading the energy transition in the US.
