KLAR Partners-backed Oleter Group's UIM activities and Swoosh's UIM activities to form UIM group.

KLAR Partners-backed underground infrastructure maintenance activities of Oleter Group, a provider of property damage restoration services, and underground infrastructure maintenance activities of Swoosh, a provider of services in decontamination, trunk renovation, high-pressure flushing, inspection, advice and preventive measures, agreed to form UIM group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The group will continue to provide UIM cleaning and maintenance through flushing and inspection, as well as maintenance and repair, to commercial, residential and public customers across Sweden.
