First Student to acquire Quebec City assets from Intercar.

First Student, a provider of school bus services, agreed to acquire Quebec City assets, a 114-bus operation, from Intercar, an interurban bus carrier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re pleased to expand our service with continued investment in Quebec.
