Avanade completed the aquisition of Kabel.

Avanade, a provider of digital, cloud and advisory services, completed the acquisition of Kabel, a digital transformation solution provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kabel has experienced strong growth in recent years due to the rapid increase in demand for transformative solutions, achieving a market leadership position in this type of solutions, as well as recognition as a Gold Microsoft partner with fourteen Gold competencies and five advanced specializations,” José Ramón Barriocanal, Kabel CEO.
