Battery Ventures to acquire Infomedia for $478m.

Battery Ventures, an American technology-focused investment firm, agreed to acquire Infomedia, an Australian public parts and service software company for $478m. Battery Ventures’ offer is non-binding and indicative and would be funded from its existing funds, according to Infomedia’s board which revealed the bid in Friday morning’s ASX filings. On June 22, 2022; Solera Holdings offers to acquire Infomedia for $443m.
