Basalt Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Skyway Towers from Tinicum.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of Skyway Towers, a provider of wireless communications tower development services, from Tinicum, a private investment partnership. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of Skyway culminates our productive 17-year partnership with the Skyway management team.
