F24 to acquire Business-DNA Solutions.

F24, a developer of SaaS-based alerting and crisis management platform, agreed to acquire Business-DNA Solutions, a provider of governance, risk and compliance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to join F24 with its extensive global footprint. This will enable great opportunities for our existing customers.
