Leipurin, a product development services provider for bakery industry and other food industry, agreed to acquire Kobia, a wholesaler of bakery and confectionery products, from Abdon Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The companies have similar roots and an equally long history - both companies are founded by bakeries.
