Leipurin to acquire Kobia from Abdon Group.

Leipurin, a product development services provider for bakery industry and other food industry, agreed to acquire Kobia, a wholesaler of bakery and confectionery products, from Abdon Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The companies have similar roots and an equally long history - both companies are founded by bakeries. I am convinced of the professionalism of Kobia's personnel and look forward to the cooperation and strategic development of the new unit together with Kobia,” Heli Arantola, Leipurin Managing Director.
