Unilever completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nutrafol from L Catterton.

Unilever, a consumer goods company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nutrafol, a nutraceutical manufacturer, from L Catterton, a private equity company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “I am delighted to welcome Nutrafol to the Unilever family.
