Allied Motion Technologies completed the acquisition of FPH Group.

Allied Motion Technologies, a firm that designs, manufactures and sells precision and specialty motion control components and systems, completed the acquisition of FPH Group, a provider of electrical drive systems and light weighting technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with Allied will enhance our ability to advance our core competencies in support of our existing customers and provide a platform to further scale the business.
