Astorg completed the acquisition of OPEN Health from Amulet Capital Partners for $1bn.

Astorg Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of OPEN Health, a medical communication consulting services provider, from Amulet Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity investment firm, for $1bn.
