Ares, an alternative investment manager operating in the credit, private equity and real estate markets, and Crosstimbers Capital Group, a principal investment firm, completed the acquisition of trademark licensing business from Technicolor, a France-based developer of broadcasting technologies, for €100m. Technicolor has received a total cash amount of €100m, subject to customary price adjustments.
