Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of clinical trials and drug development services for pharmaceutical companies, agreed to acquire Ina Research, a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the contract testing and environmental business, for $21m.
