Heartland Express completed the acquisition of Smith Transport for $170m.

Heartland Express, a truckload transportation company, completed the acquisition of Smith Transport, a dry van truckload carrier, for $170m. “We are proud to welcome the Smith people, customers, and brand to the Heartland Express family.
