Silver Lake-backed LightBox to acquire The Planning & Zoning Resource Company.

Silver Lake-backed LightBox, a developer of real estate investment and location analytics software, agreed to acquire The Planning & Zoning Resource Company, an operator of a zoning due diligence company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to bring PZR into our ecosystem.
