Ares Management-backed Lockwood completed the acquisition of Rnadom42 from Graphite Capital.

Ares Management-backed Lockwood, a provider of scientific-based medical communications for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, completed the acquisition of Rnadom42, a medical animation studio, from Graphite Capital, a private equity firm.
